Gemina

She is the Mogical Girl enshrined by the GDM Noble House · the Grand Library of the Western Realm, and Third in Rank in the present world. Born into the founding house of the Making Art, she holds in her hands the finest Mogic Devices of the Western Realm, and a considerable share of the Mogic world's archives as well. Her hoarding of books comes from a fear of forgetting; only she and Aurora may read the volume “The Codex of the Making Art” kept in the deepest part of the library. In form she is a petite catgirl, but the moment she opens her mouth, it is all scholarly diction; on the street, two nicknames circulate side by side: “Hakimi” and “Big Bean Bun”. She prizes norms above all: “The Frontier Canon” was written with her own hand. Her believers number one billion, yet those who deeply need her are few.
