Minima

She is the Mogical Girl enshrined by the Hucheng Workshop of the Eastern Realm; her Rank in the present world stands unlisted. With a single Conch she screens old footage for others; she keeps the records of the world, and whether she herself is remembered is a question she has never once asked — the one who records everything is precisely the one not in the record. Seventy or eighty percent of her Offerings come from overseas, spread the widest of all, yet her Art-Fee is pressed down to one-twentieth that of other houses'. Her stated goals are only “Prayer that everyone can afford” and “Upward and Toward Good”; she is also the easiest to summon, and her late-night petitioners are the most numerous. The swings of her Rank are the widest, and the effect of Fame upon the Seats can be seen most clearly in her; the world simply watches her as it would a market trend. The recorder of history herself forever stands outside the record.
