This page is the expanded version of the site-wide disclaimer. The same disclaimer appears at the bottom of every page of the site, in four clauses: not live trading, not a financial transaction, no recharge feature, and not investment advice. The first four sections below explain those four clauses; the sections that follow add further clarification and set out the limits of liability.

Not Live Trading

All indices and data shown on this site form an index system for research and communication purposes, not any live market system; index values constitute no account assets, cannot be used for any live settlement, and do not represent the real-time price of any tradable instrument.

Not a Financial Transaction

This site provides no financial transaction services: no matching, no account system, no money flows, no trading rails. Index moves are displays of measurement results, not prices of tradable assets; this site handles no order placement, account opening, deposit, withdrawal, custody or clearing of any kind.

No Recharge Feature

This site has no payment entry point and no recharge feature: there is no currency pricing, and no paid content, paid subscription or paid service. API quota and tiers are reserved technical concepts; during the trial run they are not enabled, not sold, and no payment of any form is accepted.

Not Investment Advice

No index, ranking, annotation, text, chart or research content of this site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice or tax advice of any form, nor any offer or invitation to treat. Any decision made by a reader based on this content is made at the reader's own risk, with all consequences borne by the reader.

Not a Finding of Fact or a Commercial Assessment

Indices, rankings and every annotation within them (including ACD inclusion values and R major-risk items) are measurement results derived from public data under a published methodology; they constitute no finding of fact, legal determination, commercial assessment, credit rating or moral judgement about any organization, product or individual. No annotation means that this site has determined the subject to have acted unlawfully, in breach of any rule, in bad faith or otherwise improperly. The meaning of an annotation is the one given to it in the methodology, and it should not be read as a position or a conclusion of this site.

Data and Caliber Notes

Index values come from public read-only sources (collected from public APIs, RSS feeds and leaderboards); missing data keeps the last valid value with an explicit note, and "no data" is never written as "zero". Methodology versions, member rosters and parameter versions are disclosed at every formal settlement. Historical revisions are handled under internal processes: material revisions are explained on the notices page, while others are not announced individually; this site makes no commitment as to when, how often or in what form revisions occur.

Third-Party Data and Links

Data sources are provided by third parties; this site does not control their availability, accuracy, completeness or continuity, and bears no responsibility for errors in or interruption of the third-party sources themselves. Any third-party name, trademark, link or reference appearing on this site is used for identification and information only, and implies no recommendation, endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

Technology and Availability

This site does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or delay-free service, nor absolute accuracy in computation, transmission or display. Within the limits permitted by law, this site bears no responsibility for missing or deviating content caused by maintenance, failure, network conditions, changes in data sources or force majeure. Users should verify critical data independently and use the content at their own risk.

Limits on Use

The content of this site is provided for research, study and information reference. Without written permission it may not be mirrored in whole, resold in bulk, repackaged as a product of your own for external provision, or used as the pricing, settlement or risk-control basis of any financial instrument; nor may it be used for unlawful activity, market manipulation, commercial disparagement, or the defamation or harassment of any subject.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this site and its contributors, developers and associated parties bear no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss (including loss of data, business interruption and loss of expected benefits) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the content of this site, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.

Jurisdictional Wording and Language Versions

The Chinese pages are worded for the mainland-China context and the English pages for the international context. Differences in wording are adaptations of language and context only; they constitute no compliance determination for any jurisdiction and no legal opinion. The two languages are intended to be semantically consistent, with each page's own wording prevailing; where the two differ, the wording more conservative and more restrictive for the user prevails.
