Notice Policy
This is the official notice board of Eins. The following matters are published as notices, with history retained:
- Parameter version bumps: any numerical revision in the hyperparameter registry (version increments, e.g. V1 → V2);
- Membership adjustments: admissions to or removals from the roster, and the activation and wind-down of bridge items (BR) during transitions;
- Caliber revisions: changes to methodology versions, measurement calibers, or disclosure scope;
- Historical revisions: material revisions of published data.
Notices are numbered in publication order (N-YYYY-NNN) and are never rewritten once published; later corrections are carried by a new notice that references the notice it supersedes.
Parameters of the real-time component (RI) are not disclosed in numerical detail under the asymmetric-disclosure design; notices disclose only the fact of a version change.
